DTD: sort attributes in attribute list string representation

Merged Alexander Gehrke requested to merge match_attributes_any_order into master

The matcher is based on the string representation, so this allows any ordering of attributes in the learner solution.

I haven't tested it locally, as it4all seems to require a running docker daemon.
