- resolution of recording/webcam can be set in yaml
- slight GUI polishing
- catch errors when stream tracks get lost
- disable audio toggle (too risky to be pressed unintentionally)

Chart.js does not handle the CSS zoom used by Reveal.
This plugin fixes the issue.

- quizzes where restructured
- merge broke mario branch
- reverting the merge seemed difficult
- these commits fix the breaking
