Linux executable: slides not displayed correctly ( missing Reveal.js)

Downloaded the linux executable from quick start and followed the 'first steps: all systems'.

decker tutorial & decker server create the directory structure: directories.txt, but the .html's viewed with firefox are not displayed as slides: ad/scriptblock is disabled.
