Importing Data into ATHEN
If you want to import data into ATHEN there are currently 3 different methods. All of them require you to have a workspace folder defined and running. If not, check ATHEN -Changing the workspace for instruction of how to define or switch your workspace folder.
The first way of importing data into ATHEN is by copying them within your Operating System and paste them into the according folder in ATHEN. To paste elements from the clipboard into ATHEN you can just mark the destination folder and press CTRL+V ATHEN should then reload the project explorer and display your selected files. note:Files that already exist in this folder are overwritten by default!
The second way to import data into ATHEN is via right-click on the destination folder as shown in the picture below
In the upcoming dialog you can select your data and ATHEN automatically imports it into the folder.
The third is is without any interaction with ATHEN. Just copy your files in your operating system and paste them into the destination folder in your operating system. ATHEN watches the workspace folder for changes and automatically updates its UI. So the pasted documents should appear instantly in ATHEN for use.
