fixed regex bug for all annotation marking

1) above IEEntity there is now its ID
2) you can create a bool relation with a single double click
3) system annotations are now green
4) sofa is no longer displayed in the goldstandard analyzer
5) goldstandard analyzer keeps its configuration after tab switch
6) goldstandard analyzer is now coupled with the editor and displays its
selection
