updated ie algorithm READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE ACCEPT!!

  • increased version number to 0.5
    • refactoring of OWLUtil => separate project
  • CHANGED VERSION NUMBER IN build.properties
  • CHANGED VERSION NUMBER IN MANIFEST.MF
  • I CHANGED DEPENDENCIES IN A TEXT EDITOR AND HAVE NO IDEA IF I HAVE IT DONE RIGHT. Build succeeds so hopefully thats all one needs to do.
